The concept of the Marbesa Tavern was to renovate a timeless beautiful oasis with a pool, interior bar, restaurant and poolside terrace. With selected materials, attention to detail and in harmony with the surrounding natural greenery and tropical ambience, you will see that we have achieved this.
The next step of the project was straightforward; to open the restaurant to the public, to use only quality produce and to formulate a varied and wholesome menu based on this quality and at affordable prices. No tricks, no gimmicks, just good food at proper prices. These same principles we applied to the bar; quality wines and spirits, a wide range of ales, local and international craft beers and more....
